Easiest Banana-Nut Oatmeal Cookies Ever!

Here’s a quick and easy recipe for the some great tasting, and pretty healthy, cookies.  They make a great breakfast, too.

  • 1 package of Quaker Protein Banana Nut oatmeal
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • Cinnamon (if desired, and to taste)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Next, peel the banana, place in a mixing bowl, and mash. Sprinkle in cinnamon to taste (if using).  Then mix the egg in with the banana.  Lastly, mix in the package of oatmeal.  Once thoroughly mixed, spoon onto prepared cookie sheet (I use parchment paper) and bake 13-15 minutes.  That’s it, you’re done!  And the entire package of oatmeal is one serving, although I don’t recommend eating all the cookies at once.  Enjoy!
